With our protective nets, you’ll permanently avoid such unfortunate incidents.
Description
Unlike modular systems currently on the market, the frame of our nets is custom-machined from a solid transparent plastic sheet. This material avoids corrosion issues that could increase aluminum or heavy metal levels, toxic to marine organisms. It also poses no obstruction to aquarium lighting, especially beneficial when cutouts, reinforcements, or multiple sections create central frames. This durable plastic is UV-resistant and guaranteed against deterioration.
The transparent nylon net is securely attached by us using a translucent silicone seal, saving you from tedious assembly operations. The net is delivered fully ready-to-use; simply unpack and place it onto your aquarium. In case of accidental tearing, the net remains easily replaceable.
Like many of our products, our nets are entirely tailor-made to the dimensions of your aquarium, whether industrially standardized or custom-designed by an artisan. All necessary cutouts to accommodate equipment fixed on the aquarium edge are included at no extra cost.
All nets come standard with a feeding hatch at the front or in each section if the net is divided. Cable passages are also provided minimally at the two rear corners. The maximum dimension for a single-module net is 120 x 80 cm. Larger nets will be divided into multiple parts.
Our nets can optionally include an integrated cooling system with fans, ordered separately.
Optionally, the net can also be fitted with a water cooling system using fans mounted on a removable support inclined at 45°. This system is highly effective for cooling your aquarium during summer, reducing the temperature by 2 to 3°C. Turtle System uses exclusively high-quality industrial-grade Noctua fans with IP67 protection, making them immune to water vapor and accidental water splashes.
