Description
This sleek and discreet mounting system allows easy integration of Orphek OR LED bars or similar formats with ReefLED 90 or 160 fixtures.
The LED bars are held in place by a custom transparent plexiglass piece, secured around the ReefLED housing without obstructing the cooling system. No modification to the original ReefLED mount is required. The connection is reinforced by an external structure made from black ABS, 3D printed for strength.
This version is compatible with earlier-generation ReefLED 90 and 160 fixtures (new versions coming soon).
The system also allows for bar angle adjustment using simple sliding wedges for 0°, 10°, or 20° tilt.
If installing long LED bars across multiple ReefLED fixtures, a support system for each fixture is recommended to evenly distribute the additional weight.
